Time passed, the temple committee takes over every 2 years, due to which Shri Mahavir Jayanti was celebrated for the first time in the year 1991 in Jain Bhavan. Earlier Mahavir Jayanti festival was celebrated in Nasiya ji. Chaturmas of the year 1999, the most influential disciples of Acharya Shri Vidyasagar Ji Maharaj, Muni Shri Sudhasagar Ji, Kshullak Shri Gambhir Sagar Ji, Kshullak Shri Dhairya Sagar Ji, Brahm. Sanjay Bhaiya's gross was done with great enthusiasm with full cooperation of Jain society. On 17.08.1999, in the auspicious company of His Holiness Muni Shri Sudhasagar Ji Sangh, the grand foundation stone of Shri Parshwanath Digambar Jain Chaubisi Temple was laid with great fanfare, in which bricks were laid at the rate of Rs.250/- per brick by the entire Jain community and gold, Materials like silver and bronze bricks, Swastik, Panch Ratna etc. were dedicated in the foundation stone laying ceremony. Shri Nareshchand Jain Minister Shri Digambar Jain Agrawal Panchayati Mandir built this temple under his supervision and Shri Mangaturam Tarachand Nareshchand Jain Jayanti family had a special contribution in the construction of the temple.

Mandir ji's Panchkalyan every year from February 10 to February 19 in 2003, the Panchkalyanak was also completed smoothly with the melodious music of the musician Shri Ram Kumar and the party, in the company of Pratishthacharya Bal Brahmachari Pradeep Bhaiya ji, in the company of Parampujya Muni Shri Sudhasagar Ji Sangh. . This Panch Kalyanak Mahotsav was held in conjunction with Mr. Naresh Chand Jain (Jayanti family), who was the president of the then Aggarwal Jain Samaj, Mr. Virendra Kumar Jain President and Mr. Mahavir Prasad Jain Minister Rawal Ashok ji Jain Treasurer Panch Kalyanak Mahotsav Samiti. In this Panch Kalyanak Mahotsav, all the great personalities of the society made their full contribution with body, mind and wealth and all the institutions of the society fulfilled their full responsibility.

This unprecedented Panchkalyan started with a unique flag hoisting program for the first time in Alwar, in which march past by women's groups of all societies, mandals, departing from Jain Bhawan with different colored flags and costumes, marched to the jail grounds.
