शांतिनाथ भगवान का यह मंदिर धांता गांव के मध्य में स्थित है। यह छोटा सा मंदिर बहुत प्राचीन है। इस मंदिर के निर्माण की सही तिथि ज्ञात नहीं है, लेकिन इसकी वास्तुकला और कारीगरी से अनुमान लगाया जाता है कि यह लगभग 400 वर्ष पुराना है।

मंदिर की हालत बहुत खराब है, जल्द ही मंदिर का जीर्णोद्धार किया जाना जरूरी है। इस प्राचीन मंदिर को संरक्षित करना हम जैनियों का कर्तव्य है। आसपास के गाँवों और शहरों की जैन संस्थाओं को भी इस ओर अवश्य ध्यान देना चाहिए। यह काम जल्द ही होना चाहिए वरना हम एक प्राचीन मंदिर हमेशा के लिए खो ब्यठेंगे |

एक तरफ पुराने प्राचीन मंदिर वीरान होते हुए और दूसरी तरफ नए-नए मंदिरों मैं अंजन शलाका और प्रतिष्ठा होती है, शासन का प्रभाव बढ़ रहा है या घट रहा है सोचने की बात है | जबकि आचार्य भगवंत प्रतिष्ठा करवाते समय यह कहते हैं कि आपका नाम सदियों तक चलेगा आज उन प्राचीन मंदिरों को कोई देखने वाला अथवा मंदिर के शिखर पर ध्वजा लहराने वाला भी कोई नहीं है |

धांता गाँव भारत के राजस्थान में सिरोही जिले की सिरोही तहसील में स्थित है। यह सिरोही से 13 किमी दूर स्थित है, जो धांता गांव का जिला और उप-जिला मुख्यालय दोनों है। 2009 के आँकड़ों के अनुसार, सिंदरथ धांता गाँव की ग्राम पंचायत है।

सिरोही सभी प्रमुख आर्थिक गतिविधियों के लिए धांता का निकटतम शहर है, जो लगभग 13 किमी दूर है। धांता गांव अच्छी तरह सड़क से जुड़ा हुआ है।

सिरोही रोड निकटतम रेलवे उस्टेशन है।

This temple of Shantinath Bagawan is situated in the middle of Dhanta village. This small temple is very ancient. The exact date of construction of this temple is not known, but it is estimated from its architecture and workmanship that it is about 400 years old.

The condition of the temple is very bad, it is necessary to renovate the temple soon. It is the duty of us Jains to preserve this ancient temple. The Jain institutions of the surrounding villages and cities must pay attention to this.

On one side the old ancient temples are deserted and on the other side new temples are having "anjan shalaka" and "pratistha", it is a matter of thinking whether the effect of governance is increasing or decreasing while Acharya Bhagwants getting the "prtistha" done says that your name has been preserved for centuries. Till date, there is no one to see those ancient temples or to hoist the flag on the top of the temple.

Dhanta village is located in Sirohi tehsil of Sirohi district in Rajasthan, India. It is situated 13km away from Sirohi, which is both district & sub-district headquarter of Dhanta village. As per 2009 stats, Sindrath is the gram panchayat of Dhanta village.
