Gautam Gandhara's Nirvana Sthal Shri Gunavan Ji Siddha Kshetra is famous for Suggawan since ancient times. There is a picture of green Suggo (Parrots) on the four angles of the gate, Manastambh, etc., and surprisingly for the residence of this Priyadarshi bird, the Suggo was made a living place by the builders in the dome of the temple. Is . For many years, there is a system of feeding suggos in the area every day, which goes well with the cooperation of the travelers.

Many types of supernatural beings are visible in Gunaseel Chaitya (present Gunavan ji), the nirvana land of Gautam Swami, the first Gandhar of Lord Mahavir. Since the construction of the temple, Sugo has been predominant here. It is described in Jain scriptures that Parrot climbing Maha Shukra brings a garland of flowers (episode Tilloyparnat page 540-42< strong>) i.e. in this lokakash, sitting in the Nandishwar lamp, the Aakritrim Chaityalaya Darshan, climbed on a parrot named Maha Shukra, used to come here to offer garland to God and with this the parrot also came here after seeing the Lord for their lives. used to bless Sugar donation fund is established on the area for parrot's diet, in which you can take virtue by donating.

Dharamsala :- There is a Dharamshala for Jain pilgrims to stay. In which there are 5 simple rooms, 1 double attachable room flat, a big hall and 1 (one) air condition room. They have all kinds of facilities like water, electricity, etc. In the courtyard of Dharamsala, there is a very beautiful Manastambha on the right side. There is also a well in this Dharamshala which is used for temple living and drinking. There are beautiful gardens all around the temple, in which many types of beautiful flowers and fruit trees are planted. 

Gautam Gandhara Swami Temple :-  The construction work of this temple is done by Param Pujya Aryika 105 by the courtesy of Shri Gyanmati Mata, Shri Gautam The five and a half feet white stone statue of Gandhara Swami has been established under the direction of Bihar State Digambar Jain Teerth Kshetra Committee. Very beautiful paintings have been done on the inner walls of this temple, along with mantras are also written. This statue is very beautiful to see. The dome of the temple is also made in the shape of lotus flower.

Tyagivriti Hall:- A grand Tyagi Bhavan has been constructed on the left side of the temple in which proper arrangements have been made for the accommodation of the Tyagivriti coming from outside. .                

Gautam Swami Charan  :- Gautam Swami Charan built in white marble is installed just in front of Dharamshala Gate. It has beautiful gardens around it. This stage is also quite ancient.

Bhojanshala :- Gunavan Ji Siddha Kshetra also has a good arrangement of paid restaurants for the travelers. In which full care is taken of breakfast, food and all kinds of facilities for the passengers. There is a big hall in which passengers eat food etc. This restaurant is located in Dharamsala itself.

Vidya Sagar Kirtistambh  :- Construction of 31 feet high huge Kirtistambh based on the life of very beautiful Acharya Vidya Sagar Ji Maharaj in the year 2018 just in front of the temple premises. Done in E.

Yatri Facilitation Center :- For the convenience of the passengers, there is a Passenger Facilitation Center where extra mattresses, pillows, blankets, utensils-vasan and gas-chulha are provided to the passengers. p>
