Nilaya means — The place. Arham Vidya Nilay  The power and energy of the ego and the blessings of Acharya Shri Vidyasagar ji Mahamuniraj are contained in the name itself. The lotus feet of Param Pujya Muni Shri Pranamya Sagar Ji Maharaj have sanctified this place and its construction work is in progress with his inspiration and guidance. The place where the land has become sacred by being associated with so many grand souls, it will not be a surprise if such a blessed place develops into a pilgrimage area in the future.
            This project of Arham Vidya Nilaya is like a role model for the whole country. The place is being developed keeping in mind all the requirements and facilities. Urban areas lack space, this is a unique project for such areas which attracts everyone. This project is also a source of inspiration and role model for all to develop spiritual shrines in urban areas.
 The specialty of Arham Vidya Nilaya Project is that it has — Arham Dhyan Yoga Centre, Discourse Centre, Sant Niwas, Tyagi – All facilities have been made available for fasting, research scholar students, living room, restaurant, diet house, sattvik kitchen, Shastralay, Prakrit education centre, Panchmeru, Nandishwar Deep Rachna, well and water harvesting etc.
            Arham Vidya Nilaya will have 5 floors whose construction will be as follows —
            1.  Basement (Basement) —  Dhyana Yoga Center will be constructed. This center is being developed with different types of lights and sound arrangements. This will be the first Arham Dhyan Yoga center in India with these facilities. Along with this, a discourse center will also be arranged on this floor.
            2. Ground floor — Keeping in view the lack of greenery in urban areas, this floor has been dedicated to nature. On the ground floor, there will be a small forest tree plant and a well equipped with a water instrument for pure water. 
        3. First floor — With this feeling that this area should continue to get the blessings of the gurus, three saints' residences and two rest rooms are being constructed on this floor for the Muni Sangh.                                               4.Second floor — Facility has been provided on this floor for Pratimadharis, Tyagi Vratis, students doing research on Jainism and taking pure food. In this, there will be availability of a hall, four furniture rooms and a restaurant for them. Apart from this, there will also be a provision of a diet room and a sattvik kitchen for the area.
 5. Third floor — This floor will be developed as Jinvani Study Centre. The first modern and huge library of this region and Jain Dharma Study Center will be constructed here. Along with this, Prakrit Education Center will also be established here
 6. Fourth floor — This floor has been reserved for Dev Darshan and Jinalaya. On this floor there will be a wonderful creation of three statues, Chaubisi, Panchmeru and the grand Nandishwar Deep, including the main altar.
 The entire building will have rain water harvesting facilities which will be used for feeding and consecration. Apart from this, there is a system to transport the extra water to the ground floor through water harvesting. A lift will also be available from the basement to  fourth floor.
 The grand Nandishwar Deep Rachna being constructed in this building will be the center of sight and attraction for the entire NCR including Delhi. This  Arham Vidya Nilaya, being developed keeping in mind the various objectives in the capital Delhi, is like a confluence of many schemes and facilities  which will prove to be an unprecedented role model for the entire country.
