મૂલનાયક શ્રી શ્રી સંભવનાથ ભગવાન, પદ્માસન મુદ્રામાં સફેદ રંગ. મુલનાયકની ડાબી બાજુએ શ્રી શાંતિનાથજી અને પછી આદિશ્વરનાથજીની મૂર્તિ છે. મુલનાયકની જમણી બાજુએ શ્રી પાર્શ્વનાથજીની મૂર્તિ અને પછી શ્રી અજીતનાથજીની મૂર્તિ. શ્રી મુનિસુબ્રત સ્વામી ભગવાનની સુંદર મૂર્તિ છે.
આ આરસનું મંદિર નાનું પણ સુંદર અને સારી રીતે કોતરેલું છે. ખૂબ જ સુઘડ અને સ્વચ્છ, શાંતિપૂર્ણ વાતાવરણ સાથે સારી રીતે જાળવેલું મંદિર. મંદિર પાસે સાધુ સાધ્વીજી મહારાજો માટે ઉપાશ્રય.

બારતાદ એ ભારતના ગુજરાત રાજ્યના સુરત જિલ્લાના મહુવા તાલુકામાં આવેલું એક ગામ છે. તે જિલ્લાના મુખ્ય મથક સુરતથી પૂર્વ તરફ 48 કિમી દૂર આવેલું છે. મહુવરિયાથી 3 કિ.મી. રાજ્યની રાજધાની ગાંધીનગરથી 300 KM
વાંસકુઇ (3 KM), ખારવાણ (3 KM), ડુંગરી (3 KM), વાછાવડ (3 KM), બિલખાડી (4 KM) બારતાડની નજીકના ગામો છે.
નવસારી , વ્યારા , સુરત , વલસાડ એ બારતાડની નજીકના શહેરો છે.
બારતાદ રોડ દ્વારા સારી રીતે જોડાયેલ છે.
Mulnayak Sri Sri Sambhavnath Bhagwan, white color in padmasana posture. On the left side of mulnayak the idol of Sri Shantinath ji and then the Adishwar Nath ji. On the right side of mulnayak the idol of Sri Parswanath ji and then the idol of Sri Ajitnath ji. There is a beautiful idol of Sri Munisubrat Swami Bhagwan.
This marble temple is small but beautiful and well carved. Very neat and clean, well maintained temple with peaceful environment. An upashray for sadhu sadhviji maharajs near by the temple.
