Saraswati Bhawan (Rajgir/Nalanda) - 'Shrutapanchami' on the fifth day of Shukla Paksha, the senior month in Jainism. Mahaparva Acharya Mahaveerkirti Digambar Jain was celebrated with pomp in Saraswati Bhawan. According to the scriptures, on this day the darshan of Lord Mahavira was presented in written form for the first time. Earlier Lord Mahavira only preached and his chief disciple (Gandhar) used to explain it to everyone, as there was no tradition of recording Mahavira's speech then. He was remembered only by listening, that is why his name is 'Shrut'. Was. This day has special significance in Jainism. Jain scriptures were written for the first time on this day. The knowledge given by Lord Mahavir was kept alive by many Acharyas under the Shrut tradition. Dharsenacharya gave a theoretical lecture to Pushpadanta and Bhootabali sages in the Chandra cave of Girnar mountain in Gujarat, after listening to which the sages composed a book and presented it on Jyeshtha Shukla Panchami.
According to a legend, 2,000 years ago, the veteran Acharya Ratna Param Pujya 108 Saint Shri Dharsenacharya of Jainism suddenly realized that the knowledge of Jainism acquired by him was limited to his speech only. He thought that if the memory power of the disciples is low, the voice of knowledge will not survive, in such a situation, by taking my samadhi, the entire knowledge of Jainism will end.  Will go Then Dharsenacharya performed ‘Shatkhandagam’ with the help of Pushpadanta and Bhootabali. The scripture was composed, this scripture contains many important information related to Jainism. It was presented on the Panchami of Jyestha Shukla. On this auspicious occasion, many deities chanted ‘Shatkhandagam’ was worshipped. Its biggest feature was that from this day the Shruta tradition was started in the form of scripted tradition. That book is known as ‘Shatkhandagam’ known as. Shrut from this day  The tradition was started as a scriptural tradition, hence this day is known as Shrut Panchami. Its another name is ‘Prakrit Language Day’ There is also. 
Librarian Ravi Kumar Jain told that - On date-24/05/2023 in Saraswati Bhavan Rajgir, all the people took out the ancient original scriptures written in ancient languages kept in the ancient library and museum on the first floor, from the Shastra Bhandar, Shastra- After cleaning the storehouses, wrapping them in new cloths to protect the oldest scriptures and worshiping these scriptures by sitting near *Shrutskanda Yantra*, because according to the scriptures, on this day they are worshiped by writing Jain scriptures. Because before that Jain knowledge was going on in oral form through Acharya tradition.
In the morning, all the Shravaks worshiped Jinvani Maa wearing traditional yellow clothes, along with unpublished rare books/  Took a resolution to keep the scriptures organized. In the evening, women and children all performed grand Mangal Aarti of Shrutskand Yantra and Maa Jinvani.

दुर्लभ जैन ग्रंथ एवं शास्त्रों की रक्षा का महापर्व श्रुत पंचमी पर्व धूमधाम से सम्पन्न...
 
सरस्वती भवन (राजगीर/नालन्दा) - जैन धर्म में ज्येष्ठ माह, शुक्ल पक्ष की पंचमी तिथि को 'श्रुतपंचमी' महापर्व आचार्य महावीरकीर्ति दिगम्बर जैन सरस्वती भवन में धूमधाम के साथ मनाया गया। शास्त्रों के अनुसार आज ही के दिन भगवान महावीर के दर्शन को पहली बार लिखित ग्रंथ के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया गया था। पहले भगवान महावीर केवल उपदेश देते थे और उनके प्रमुख शिष्य (गणधर) उसे सभी को समझाते थे, क्योंकि तब महावीर की वाणी को लिखने की परंपरा नहीं थी। उसे सुनकर ही स्मरण किया जाता था इसीलिए उसका नाम 'श्रुत' था। जैन धर्म में इस दिन का विशेष महत्व है। इसी दिन पहली बार जैन धर्मग्रंथ लिखा गया था। भगवान महावीर ने जो ज्ञान दिया, उसे श्रुत परंपरा के अंतर्गत अनेक आचार्यों ने जीवित रखा। गुजरात के गिरनार पर्वत की चन्द्र गुफा में धरसेनाचार्य ने पुष्पदंत एवं भूतबलि मुनियों को सैद्धांतिक देशना दी जिसे सुनने के बाद मुनियों ने एक ग्रंथ रचकर ज्येष्ठ शुक्ल पंचमी को प्रस्तुत किया।
एक कथा के अनुसार 2,000 वर्ष पहले जैन धर्म के वयोवृद्ध आचार्य रत्न परम पूज्य 108 संत श्री धरसेनाचार्य को अचानक यह अनुभव हुआ कि उनके द्वारा अर्जित जैन धर्म का ज्ञान केवल उनकी वाणी तक सीमित है। उन्होंने सोचा कि शिष्यों की स्मरण शक्ति कम होने पर ज्ञान वाणी नहीं बचेगी, ऐसे में मेरे समाधि लेने से जैन धर्म का संपूर्ण ज्ञान खत्म हो  जाएगा। तब धरसेनाचार्य ने पुष्पदंत एवं भूतबलि की सहायता से ‘षटखंडागम’ शास्त्र की रचना की, इस शास्त्र में जैन धर्म से जुड़ी कई अहम जानकारियां हैं। इसे ज्येष्ठ शुक्ल की पंचमी को प्रस्तुत किया गया। इस शुभ मंगलमयी अवसर पर अनेक देवी-देवताओं ने णमोकार महामंत्र से ‘षटखंडागम’ की पूजा की थी। इसकी सबसे बड़ी विशेषता यह रही कि इस दिन से श्रुत परंपरा को लिपिबद्ध परंपरा के रूप में प्रारंभ किया गया। उस ग्रंथ को ‘षटखंडागम’ के नाम से जाना जाता है। इस दिन से श्रुत  परंपरा को लिपिबद्ध परंपरा के रूप में प्रारंभ किया गया था इसीलिए यह दिवस श्रुत पंचमी के नाम से जाना जाता है। इसका एक अन्य नाम ‘प्राकृत भाषा दिवस’ भी है। 
पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष रवि कुमार जैन ने बताया कि - सरस्वती भवन राजगीर में दिनांक - 24/05/2023 को सभी लोगों ने प्रथम तल्ले में बने प्राचीन पुस्तकालय तथा संग्रहालय में रखे प्राचीन भाषाओं में लिखे हस्तलिखित प्राचीन मूल शास्त्रों को शास्त्र भंडार से बाहर निकालकर, शास्त्र-भंडारों की साफ-सफाई करके, प्राचीनतम शास्त्रों की सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से उन्हें नए वस्त्रों में लपेटकर सुरक्षित किया तथा इन ग्रंथों को *श्रुतस्कन्द यंत्र* के समीप विराजमान करके उनकी पूजा-अर्चना किया, क्योंकि शास्त्रों के अनुसार इसी दिन जैन शास्त्र लिखकर उनकी पूजा की गई थी, क्योंकि उससे पहले जैन ज्ञान मौखिक रूप में आचार्य परंपरा से चल रहा था।
प्रातः सभी श्रावक पारम्परिक पीले वस्त्र धारण करके जिनवाणी माँ की आराधना की, साथ ही अप्रकाशित दुर्लभ ग्रंथों/  शास्त्रों को व्यवस्थित रखने का संकल्प लिया। संध्या समय महिलाएं, बच्चे सभी लोगों ने श्रुतस्कन्द यंत्र एवं माँ जिनवाणी की भव्य मंगल आरती की।
